Meat Grid (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Meat Grid mobile application (the “App”), available in Kenya.

Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, delivery address.
Transaction Data: Orders placed, payment history, product preferences.
Device & Usage Info: IP address, device model, OS type, usage patterns.
Location Data: We may collect your location to match you with the nearest suppliers or delivery hubs (only with your permission).

Improve the App’s features and user experience.

Ensure compliance with Kenyan regulations and taxes.

To delete your account, you must submit a request through the App’s delete account section . Once the request is received, your account will be permanently deleted after a 90-day waiting period. During this time, your data will be retained to comply with any applicable legal or operational requirements.

Meat Grid is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of major changes via the App or email.
